Bob will copy and distribute all information on the Bridgewater CPA web site. We
will use it as a model and adapt to our needs. Committee is responsible for
reviewing and editing through page 3 CPA Application for next meeting. If working
as a whole doesn’t work , a sub-committee will be formed.

Since we have no funds or projects, a public meeting does not have to be held until
next spring, at the earliest.

Mail slot for CPC is upstairs in mail room

We will be listed on the town website with Merri’s telephone number as temporary
contact person (if she consents) We also need a email address and voicebox for
messages to be forwarded to. As we get established a link to our own web site will
be needed. Patty will see Merry.

The monthly financial report of funds is supplied by the treasurer/collector’s office

New Business:
An information sheet was edited and approved (7-0-0)~ to be handed out by the
assessor’s office when they get inquiries regarding the CPA.

Bob attended a CPA informational meeting in Deighton. He attended a Bridgewater~
CPC meeting and they offered any assistance they might be in helping us in setting
our groundwork.

Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
